About the Odnova brand

We are a private, family-owned real estate fund managing the assets of more than a dozen individuals and entities. We boast over 60 years of combined management experience in investing in some of Poland’s largest real estate markets. Our current focus is on the secondary residential market in Łódź. We tie our future to this city, where we have also been most successful to date. Our two most recently completed projects are Piotrkowska 37, which is the largest revitalisation of a residential building in Lodz in the modern history of the city, and Wólczańska 4, which features an exceptionally green, elegant courtyard with a stained-glass butterfly and plant programme as its theme.

We are currently working on the Kilińskiego 100 project and two more townhouses in the centre, which are ultimately to become model examples of Łódź’s revitalisation in the future.

We believe that carrying out comprehensive revaluations, thanks to which the tenements we renovate regain their original splendour, is the key to success, which we understand as the company’s financial efficiency on the one hand and successful revitalisation of the urban fabric on the other. Thanks to this, we are able to offer our customers flats located in investments that stand out on the Łódź market. Our rich and multifaceted experience in managing the investment process and our two-generation family team allows us to realistically and effectively plan future projects in a perspective of not single years, but decades.

In the future, we would like to create a network of interconnected unique projects with different, complementary functions in Łódź. One of the new ideas is the first aparthotel, which is the Hidden Garden Apartments consisting of 9 flats located on the ground floors of our project at 4 Wólczańska Street.
